I really couldn't say. The only things that I could come up with is to take the cop-out direction and say it has something to do with her water-based gym duties and the fact that her sisters used to put on water shows and stuff at the gym. So, along those lines, I would think instrumental compositions, such as classical. But if I really wanted to go out on a limb and just ramble off the first thing that comes to mind, I would say that she's a classic rock fan, with a particular penchant for the likes of Jimi Hendrix and perhaps Pink Floyd. Of course, based on her situation with Ash, I would think that the Rolling Stones' "Can't Get No Satisfaction" would also be pretty appropriate. I'm also going to throw some Bob Dylan in there, just for good measure.

All Nature speaks, and ev'n ideal things Flap shadowy sounds from visionary wings — Al Aaraaf, Edgar Allan Poe "I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes." — The Laughing Man's tagline "Give a man a break and you'll end up broken." — Lina Inverse "The greater the evil, the greater the good that rises from the ruin." — quoted by a speaker in my pre-med club.

Like Tschaikovsky or Chopin or Bach? Of course, based on her situation with Ash, I would think that the Rolling Stones' "Can't Get No Satisfaction" would also be pretty appropriate. I'm also going to throw some Bob Dylan in there, just for good measure.
OMG YES. I also think she'd like the Hush Sound, this really awesome indie/rock band. Specfically the song, "echo" if I find a good video on Youtube I'll post it.

Well, basically all the notable classical composers. Maybe even some modern ones as well. Whenever I say classical music, I generally lump it all together since I pretty much like all of it.

Maybe some Joe Hisaishi thrown in for some good measure? 8D Also, why do you say that? And somehow, it's May that still comes out the worst in the transaction.

Well, I could go with the obvious and decry the mammary situation, which has now suffered itself to actually reveal cleavage, but I think that the comment came from an unconscious or subconscious assessment of the plainness of her attire. It's just sort of there. But looking at it now, I would say that it would actually be a better fit because then she could just blend into the background and nobody would pay her any heed. Provided that it wasn't a decollete dress. To quote Hideki Motosuwa from Chobits: "Put those away!"
As I said, just about any instrumental music will work, but the stuff of Mr. Hisaishi would work pretty well. Play that Mononoke soundtrack again, Joe. But as long as we are bringing in music featured in anime, I also would add CCS music, just because and to tie it all back to this little haven to that series. I can't be denying my gateway drug, now can I?

The OVA might have sucked, but this drawing sure doesn't. I like the background and how it disintegrates into blankness. The sword is also a nice touch.

First of all, it's nice how the smileys used in the comment section pretty much can tell the tale on their own. Although, given the facial expression in the picture, the comment Misty makes doesn't quite add up. Unless, of course, the picture is the moment before the conversation occurred. At any rate, it certainly is quite an interesting design choice, one that would probably result in some sort of ticket for unncessary exposure one way or another, depending on circumstances. But I will end with a quote that popped into my head upon examining this picture: "When I find out where you hid my wrench, there will be hell to pay. In BLOOD!"

"Objection!" That was icing on the cake. And this is certainly a nice little scene. It's fun all around. I would attempt to try to put this scene into some form of context, but I won't. Something very awful might come out.

That pose reminds me of that one art where you practice how to draw, wield, and resheathe your katana like a proper samurai. I forget what it was called but they have a name for it. I swear that this looks exactly like one of the poses you can assume when you are drawing your blade.
