Well, you can take a look at just about any of the things in the writing portfolio that are of a significant length. (If you want, I shall return with a link to that one "Hobby" story that I did toward the beginning of my stint here.) Basically, though, there seems to be an incompatability or some other little hiccup that is causing certain characters (such as Â) to appear in certain places, sometime in the stead of other characters (such as an em dash). Most of the culprits seem to be those that were transferred in (via copy-paste) from external sources such as Word documents and other such word processors. But for an example:

I haven't done a detailed survey of how many posts have accrued this change, but this is what I have been able to deduce based on a limited sampling.
